  3. Billing Errors: If you were accidentally charged twice or overcharged due to a technical glitch during the payment process.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.

However, for all payments made through our website, we take responsibility for processing your refund according to this policy. You do not need to chase the operator for your money.
  • Late Arrivals: Tours and activities operate on strict time schedules. If you arrive late and miss the trip, it will be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund will be issued.
  • Partial Usage: No refunds will be provided for services or activities that were booked but not utilized by the customer voluntarily (e.g., leaving a tour halfway).
  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a booking are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours prior to the trip. We cannot guarantee rescheduling for last-minute requests.
