  • Any optional extras or additional charges (such as private transportation, specialized meals, entry fees for specific attractions, or gear add-ons) will be displayed before checkout or communicated clearly in advance.

3. Taxes & Fees

  • We maintain a strict No Hidden Charges policy. The price you see at the final checkout step is the price you pay.

4. Discounts & Offers

7. Booking & Payment Confirmation

  • A booking is considered Confirmed only after:

    1. Successful payment is processed via Payment Gateway.

    2. You receive a formal Booking Confirmation from activitiesgoa.com officials.

  • Please Note: Immediate payment receipt does not guarantee immediate availability. We re-verify slots with the operator/service provider before final confirmation.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive:

    • An instant Payment Receipt via email.

    • Final Booking Details via Email and/or WhatsApp within 3 to 6 working hours.

8. Failed or Pending Transactions

  • In the unlikely event of a failed or pending transaction where money is debited:

    • The amount will be automatically refunded by payment Gateway to the original payment source (Bank/Card/Wallet) as per standard banking timelines (usually 5-7 business days).

  • If your amount is debited but you do not receive a confirmation within 6 hours, please contact our support team immediately with your Transaction ID.

9. Currency & International Cards

  • All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) only.

  • Payments made using International Cards may be subject to currency conversion fees or bank charges imposed by your card issuer. These charges are beyond our control.
