1. General Provisions

  • The Platform: activitiesgoa.com acts as an online marketplace and booking facilitator. We connect travelers with third-party independent tour operators, water sports providers, and adventure organizers (“Service Providers”) in Goa.
  • Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”) and activitiesgoa.com (“We”, “Us”).

2. Booking & Payments

  • Acceptance: A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and you receive a formal Booking Confirmation Voucher from us.
  • Payment Gateway: We use Payment Gateway as our authorized payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Payment Gateway’s terms of service.
  • Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are dynamic and subject to change based on seasonality and availability. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked.
  • Verification: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we suspect fraud or if the transaction is flagged by our payment gateway.

3. Role of ActivitiesGoa.com

  • Facilitator Only: We are an aggregator. We do not own, operate, or control the boats, jetskis, vehicles, or equipment used in the activities. The actual service is provided by independent third-party operators.
  • Liability Disclaimer:activitiesgoa.com is not liable for:
    • Any injury, accident, loss of life, or damage to personal property occurring during the activity.
    • Delays or cancellations caused by the Service Provider.
    • The quality or safety standards of the Service Provider (though we strive to onboard only verified partners).
    • By booking, you acknowledge that adventure sports carry inherent risks and you participate at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate details (Name, Phone, Email) during booking. We are not responsible for tickets sent to the wrong email or missed communications due to incorrect phone numbers.
  • Health & Safety: You must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, pregnancy, back issues) to the operator before participating in adventure activities.
  • Conduct: You agree to follow the safety instructions given by the instructor/guide. The operator reserves the right to deny service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, with no refund.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations and Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to slot availability.
  • No Show: Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time will result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, logos, code) is the property of activitiesgoa.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failure.
  • In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided as per our policy.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka (or Goa, depending on your legal preference).
